Liability Waiver	July 14	Required for contributors loaning hardware
Updated BOM	August 11	Any updates since initial BOM
Final BOM	September 8	Final loans, equipment, software valuations
Loaned Equipment Received Freeman	October 11	Mandatory for hardware loans
Outbound shipper paperwork	October 27	Mandatory for return of hardware
