Liability Waivers due	Friday, June 27, 2025	Required for contributors loaning hardware
Initial Valuation Deadline	Friday, August 1, 2025	Initial Valuation level achieved, based on first BOM
Updated Bill of Materials Due	Friday, August 8, 2025	Any updates since initial BOM
Confirmation to contributors of Initial Benefit Level Achieved	Friday, August 15, 2025	Valuation level achieved, based on first BOM and any Extra Mile contributions
Apparel Sizes and Quantities Released to contributors	Friday, August 15, 2025	For those providing shirts, all sizes will be released by this date
WINS Volunteer Travel Support Fund Contribution Declaration	Friday, August 29, 2025	If donating to the Travel fund, must commit by this date
